Monthly lot rent which includes electricity is $400 for a 30 amp and $450 for a 50 amp. A $100 electricity deposit is required. Weekly rates are $225 and includes electricity. We accept credit card payments. There are no daily rates available. Some exceptions could apply depending on the size of the RV. Nice, small and quiet mobile home and RV Park.
